Mustang II Known as Generation II - In 1974, this small, economical, sporty Mustang was named Motor Trends Car of the Year
Fox Body - Generation 3 Generation III, 79-93 Fox-Platform Faster, better handling cars, an equal opportunity car, allowing people to wallow in excess performance
Generation 4 Generation IV, 94-04 wild - horses roam the streets again. This reborn Mustang was voted by Motor Trend's Car of the Year. In 96 the 5.0 was gone, but up jumped the modular 4.6 SOHC and DOHC.
2005 to current, The new 3 valve Retro models pack the horsepower punch we have all grown to expect from the Legend - and it Lives!
